Simply sensational! Home away from home! I rarely give 10/10, but the accommodation, location and wonderful team (Luigi and Nadia) easily rate 15/10! A modern, newly renovated room in the old, historic centre of Sorrento, with a small balcony. The room and bathroom were immaculate. Excellent location to access the port, beach, shops and walks. Luigi was a kind, generous and thoughtful host. Kindly assisted with our luggage (no lifts, stairs only) booked our transfer to the airport and was happy to make recommendations. One of the best places we have stayed.

My daughter and I stayed there for our Mother and Daughter trip. The location was terrific! Can't say enough good things about this family owned B & B. Luigi runs the B & B with help from Marco at front desk, Nadia does the breakfast room. Luigi's Mom bakes the beautiful & yummy pastries every day. Fresh fruits, espresso, cappuccino, coffee, etc. The rooms are very clean, the maid is very sweet. We had luggage problems and Luigi took care of everything for us, he goes above and beyond, Marco helped us take our luggage down the street to where we take the elevator down to the boat. They all treat you as if you are family. They are all terrific and so kind. I will always refer family and friends or anyone else to stay there with Luigi and family. Pam Colao & Leah Colao Warren

The host's hospitality was exceptional! Luigi's communication with us prior to arrival was outstanding! He sent us instructional videos to provide us with directions from the airport to the bus terminal and then from the bus drop off point to the accommodation. The site was very secure, which was reassuring. Our room was large and extremely comfortable, equipped with a fully functional kitchen, eating space, two cute little verandahs and the bathroom was modern and roomy. Our room was tidied every day and items used up were replaced (e.g. tissues). There was nothing we needed during our stay and if we needed anything it was never a problem. Luigi was a very visible and present host who connected with us on a personal level. He gave us great advice and information about the local area, places to eat and how to get around. Luigi took great care and interest in us and welcomed us to his accommodation as if we were his long lost friends. My partner and I felt as if we were the only two people staying at the accommodation. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Sorrento to book accommodation at Sorrento Flats.

This is the hotel you want for your perfect Sorrento getaway! Flawlessly located right in the heart of town – just steps away from every key spot to breathe in the real Sorrento vibe – yet blissfully quiet and intimate for a peaceful escape after a long day. The place is spotless beyond words, with bright, modern, beautifully designed rooms, a dreamy bed you’ll never want to leave, and a Juliet balcony that feels like something out of a fairytale. And that’s before even mentioning the amazing staff – warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. A special shoutout to Luigi, who welcomes you with open arms, shares the best local recommendations, and makes your stay feel unforgettable with his big smile and one-of-a-kind energy. No doubt about it – this is my go-to place every time I visit Sorrento. Highly, highly recommended. Just WOW ❤️

Location is perfect right in the heart of Sorrento, lots of shops, bars and restaurants close by. Host was exceptional, nothing was too much for Luigi, he was warm and friendly and provided us with lots of useful tips and information. The rooms were spotlessly clean, really light, fresh and spacious with every facility taken care of The breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, options and good quality and fresh Parking was a reasonable walk and the directions that Luigi provided were fantastic, with written instructions and a really clear video of where to walk

Location was excellent! Close to the train station, easy and walkable location to everything in the area (ie beach, restaurants, shops, grocery store, etc). Breakfast is homemade from the heart, and the accommodations were well appointed and very comfortable. Luigi is the PERFECT host, and we are looking for a reason to return to Sorrento just so we can stay at the Flats again! There's service, and then there's human heart connection. Luigi and Federica give loads of the latter and that's what makes the difference. I'm all about connecting with people and this is what made our time in Sorrento a life long memory we will always cherish.

First of all, Luigi is an awesome homeowner. Everything at the property was well thought and it had everything you would need on a vacation. The location is excellent, allowing access to the port, beaches, shops, and high quality restaurants. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Also the noise isolation was very good, we had very low levels of outside noise in the room even though our room was facing the street. Breakfast was great, especially the pastries made by Luigi’s mom! We’re definitely planning to visit again!

Loved breakfast and all the help we got finding our way around town, recommended restaurants, etc. Luigi was great and very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us! It was a beautiful setting all around.

The owner Luigi and his mother Fernanda are wonderful people. Luigi is very friendly and very helpful. He gave us great advice for visiting all of the local tourist attractions. He also provided a detailed list of recommended places to eat and drink in Sorrento, which was very useful to us. The location is brilliant. Very close to restaurants, bars & shops. Short walk to the bus/train stations and the port. I would 100% stay here again and I will recommend it to all of my friends & family who decide to visit Sorrento in the future. Thank you Luigi.
